RENTAL RATES range from $1,000 - $2,500 depending on length of stay, holidays, and number of guests.  Linens and use of the hot tub are extra.

Special weekend rates available. 

Please contact us for a rate quote.  Terms: 50% deposit due within 5 days of booking.  Remainder due within 60 days of rental.  Security deposit required.  Discounts may be available if we have cancellations or if house is unoccupied and you have a good reference.  Available for seasonal rentals.
